Poly and Zoom Showcase Hybrid Work with New Video

When two great companies get together, big things happen!  With the magic of Zoom and Poly Studio hardware, the sky's the limit.  Things like virtual receptionist, hot-desking, flex spaces and hybrid classrooms all take on a newer look and function offering many more solutions.

For example, let's look at a Virtual Receptionist.  With the Poly Studio X30 video solution combined with the Zoom platform, the receptionist doesn't need to be physically there.  They could be in another room, building, or even in their home office.  What used to be outrageously expensive with thousands of dollars of software and licenses no longer exists.  Now, it's just the Poly Studio X30 and Zoom.

The Poly Studio X50 with Zoom can now be used in small huddle spaces.  Using touch, you can start your meeting by simply saying "Hello, Zoom, start my meeting," and everything begins virtually.

In larger conference rooms, all you require now is the Poly Studio X70 video bar.  No more microphones all over the conference table, and you can pair your mobile phone with the video bar in the room.  Calls can be answered either on the mobile phone or on the Poly bar.  The microphone and cameras will follow the speaker during the meeting even up to 30 ft. away.

What about flex spaces? The Poly Studio X50 with Zoom works great in an open flex space.  With Poly audio fencing, the flex space can block out noise surrounding the area.

In the hybrid learning environment or classroom, with Poly Studio X70, students at home will be able to see the entire classroom and hear the teacher.  You don't need lots of cameras, speakers, wires, etc.  All you need is a network and Poly equipment with Zoom.

Another exciting announcement is Zoom on IP video phones with the Poly CCX700.  Using a hot-desk demo, the user can see the call on the Poly CCX700 video phone, sync it with his mobile phone, move to a small quiet space and take the call on the phone in there, all the while, never losing the call and staying connected with Zoom.  Very exciting technology!
