DOA, Warranty & Returns

All of our products come with the manufacturer's standard one (1) year warranty.

DOA and Warranty Returns:

 DOA Out of Box Product Failures and Warranty: Both DOA and Warranty will be replacement at no net charge.

  • If your items arrive and are defective or non-working out of the box, this is a “DOA”. Please contact Lexair Electronics at: concentrixagent@lexair.com immediately (within 14 days).
  • If it is more than 14 days after the receipt, but within one (1) year of receipt of your product, then your product is under WARRANTY. Again, please contact Lexair at: concentrixagent@lexair.com

What to include in your email request:

 Please include “DOA” or “Warranty” in the email subject line. Please include your name, your employee I.D. number, your current shipping address and phone number in the body of the email along with a brief description of the problem with your equipment. You will receive an email response with either troubleshooting instructions or return and replacement instructions including and RA number within 8 business hours. Lexair will gladly supply DOA or Warranty exact one-for-one replacement product for any non-working or defective out of box product failures or product failures within the one (1) year designated manufacturer’s warranty period. We will charge your credit card for the replacement at time of shipment to ensure return of the original product. However, we will issue a credit for this replacement equipment charge as soon as the original defective product is received at the designated Lexair return address or proof of delivery is provided. You will only be charged for the replacement product. No additional shipping charges will be incurred for DOA or warranty replacements. A pre-paid return shipping label will be included in your DOA or Warranty replacement package. Please use this pre-paid shipping label to return your DOA or warranty return shipment to the Lexair Distribution Center.  Please be sure to return all parts and pieces:  headsets, cords, amplifiers, manuals or anything else that was part of your shipment.

 Return for credit:

 If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of order. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. All headsets, cords, etc. that were in the original shipment MUST be returned to receive full credit. There will be a $15 restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns for credit must be issued a return authorization number for prompt processing. Please note all credits will only be issued to the original form of payment.
