HOW DO I RETURN MY CISCO PHONE?

 

1.  Use the Step-by-step instructions provided in the "Disconnect My Cisco VoIP Phone" icon.

2.  Attach the pre-printed return label addressed to the Mail Code 3T-98 received with your new phone.  If you do not have a pre-printed return label, click LABEL to print it from here.  Affix to the outside of your shipping box or write the following information directly on your box:

"Return Label M/C: 3T-98"

3.  Please ship via Enterprise Mail Services - Internal Mail.

4.  Your returned Cisco Phone will automatically be disconnected upon receipt.  Any on-going phone service will not be affected.
