EncorePro Standard 500 Headsets - The 510/520 headset models offer soft ear cushions for extra comfort, a flexible mic and are worn over-the-head. The 530 is made for those who prefer to wear the headset over-the-ear instead of the head. And the 540 is a 3-in-1 convertible headset style which can be worn over-the-head, behind-the-head, and over-the-ear.
